I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was a bit off the main stretch, but the hotel provided a shuttle and taxis were affordable. The staff were 

All in all, good value. Furthermore, free parking is available.

The service was excellent, the staff was helpfull, attractive and competitive value for money. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like dewi sri food center, set within 5 minutes walk or so. Bed was extra comfortable. 

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main shopping areas. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and great pillow options. The hotel offered an array of amenities, including a swimming 

The location to the airport was good (we needed about 30 minutes with heavy traffic). The room was clean and accordingly large.

Since it is a fairly large hotel, someone is out and about at all times of the day and night (doors falling, water pipes rustling, etc.). It is relatively noisy. The breakfast buffet is fairly well stocked, but the restaurant is too small at peak times. Work needs to be done on the cleanliness in the bathroom (hair from the previous guests in the shower and behind the door).

During my stay, I found the hotel facilities to be top-notch, with a plush and comfortable bed, a satisfying swimming pool, and a strong WiFi connection. The location of this hotel near shopping malls and the airport was another plus point. Additionally, the staff 

Loves the bright colour, clean bright comfy rooms and friendly staff... They have very honest staff..

On the transportation side..., The guy was suppose to call us blue bird cab to go over to legian... But he did not call the cab for us. And instead he kept bugging us to offer us 100 thousand rupiah jus to go to legian.

Very large and varied breakfast

Loved spending lazy hours at the pool, the Coconut Pool Bar provided a sensuous experience. The gym made exercising feel like a fun activity. Kids had a blast in the pool and the playground. The bar had a fine selection of drinks to complement 

The staff were very friendly and always would say hello and ask if everything was ok and breakfast was lovely all in all was very clean and tidy would definately stay again .

the hallways echoed when people went down them at night which made it a little anoying but was only a couple of nights .

Convenient location with easy access to nearby restaurants and money changers. Well-maintained rooms with good amenities. Friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent customer service.

Lack of proper cleanliness in the rooms. Limited options for kids in the breakfast menu and no provision of milk or cereal.

Breakfast a little bit Indian oriented, but ypu can find everything you need.

Because of the extreme traffic jams in Kuta, one will need to spend quite a long time in a taxi or shuttle bus to the beach
